One of my very rare still life, painted in oil.
Eines meiner sehr seltenen Stilleben in Oel von 1994.
Heute würde ich mich wohl einer solchen 
Fleissarbeit nicht mehr hingeben wollen.
Andere Zeiten, andere Stimmungen, andere Themenwahl...

Edgar Allan Poe

Im not a great horror fan but I like the subtile
stories from Edgar Allan Poe.
This is a commissioned work, worked up in PS.
The photo of Poe originaly is in black/white.
I use the trick to print it out in a sepia browne
colour on fine paper. Then I overworked it with
pencil colours, scan in it again and so far...

For the window I have using a photo as reference
that I have shot more than 15 years ago in scotland.
Whereever I go I have a cam on me, for unespected
situations ore things that I can use for projects in
the future.

Later: Astonishment of the mother. "This has painted my Daughter??!!"

Grandmother: "Certainly "he" has helped!..."

I: "No!"

Etwas später: Grosses Erstaunen bei der jungen Mutter: "Das hat meine Tochter

gemalt??!!"

Grossmutter: "Sicher hat "er" nachgeholfen!..."

Ich: "Nein!"

Fussnote: Türkisblau heisst in Wirklichkeit "Baby-Blau"!

My first iPad Case :)

How many time I have smiled when I have
see this types playing with her iPad in a
coffee shop ore somewhere !
However, now I have created for big and
small children a case for iPad's.

Wie oft habe ich etwas verstohlen über die
grossen Kinder gelächelt welche in einem
Kaffee sitzend sich selbst und ihr iPad her
zeigten ! Und nun habe ich so ein "Ghäis"
gestaltet.
