I did not find any biographical information on the illustrator Frank Boyd.
The book: Cassandra is stolen by Mechanus, the mechanical sorcerer, and needs to be saved by her brother Raphael, who has power over nature and all living things. May be, it is a very early warning about artificial intelligence taking over the world!
