The true world/Machina del Mondo
Long ago the artist G. Mitelli has illustrated the truth.
Today one would have to add probably still the

Book illustrations for Jules Verne
The french writer Jules Verne has secured innumerable illustrators
an income with his book bestsellers. I like this old illustration style
very much. They "smell" somehow to adventure and far countries...

Dragons and soaps in St.Ursanne
St.Ursanne is a beautiful medieval small town in the French speaking
region of Switzerland (we say "Welschland". The "Welsch" are a happy
people and they makes good wine!). The time seems to stand remained
still in St.Ursanne. Respectfully I have registered me in the Guest book
of the art exhibition that I visited. Someone knows the great Fantasy-
Artist whom I speak here? He live in Switzerland and looks like Gandalf.
Visit Saint-Ursanne!

"Strandet" by Pierangelo Boog
A simple and indistinct photo that I have taken in my little studio
of one of my new paintings. (It shows the work in progress and
not the finished painting). It is always a little difficult to make
good print datas from an original work.
But it is a good feeling to have the original real in the
world and not somewhere in a hard disk!!

My old Paintbox
When I was a boy of ten years my parents gave me
a metal paintbox. The innumerable colors therein
(like this thin english peppermint chocolate panels)
and the marvelous picture of an unknown artist
suggested more my fantasy (why the quality of the
colors was not so good)...
