Link: *Waiting for Chief*

A variation of "Waiting for Chief". Originally commissioned
for a collector showing an Indian drum. The idea with
the bison head occurred to me later and so I have once again
made a variation of it. Another difference is the technique:
Here I have used only black ballpoint pen.

Eine Variation von "Waiting for Chief". Ursprünglich eine Auftragsarbeit
für einen Sammler die eine Indianertrommel zeigt. Die Idee mit
dem Bisonkopf ist mir erst später eingefallen und so habe ich noch einmal
eine Variation davon gemacht. Ein weiterer Unterschied ist die Technik:
Hier habe ich nur schwarzen Kugelschreiber verwendet.
Vergleicht selbst mit obigem Link.

Une variation de "Waiting for chef". Initialement commandé
pour un collectionneur montrant un tambour indien. L'idée avec
la tête de bison m'est apparu plus tard et j'ai donc une fois de plus
fait une variation de celui-ci. Une autre différence est la technique:
Ici, j'ai utilisé seul stylo à bille noir.

I'm not a big fan of furniture and not of architecture.
Furniture is heavy ballast to be dragged through life!
Architecture is often power and megalomania. I am suspicious when 
I see how an artist traces slavishly window to window.
What attracted me to this design is the plasticity of the Tgirl in contrast
to the flat area and the decorative elements.

Ich bin kein grosser Freund von Möbeln und auch nicht von Architektur.
Möbel sind schwerer Balast den man durch das Leben schleppt !
Architektur ist oft Macht und Grössenwahn. Es ist mir verdächtig wenn ich 
sehe wie ein Künstler  Fenster um Fenster sklavisch nachzeichnet.
Was mich an diesem Motiv gereizt hat ist die Plastizität des Tgirl im Kontrast
zur flachen Umgebung und der dekorativen Elemente.

Je ne suis pas un grand fan de meubles et non de l'architecture.
Le mobilier est ballast lourd pour être traîné dans la vie!
L'architecture est souvent le pouvoir et la mégalomanie. Je me méfie quand 
je vois comment un artiste retrace servilement fenêtre à la fenêtre.
Ce qui m'a attiré à cette conception est la plasticité du Tgirl en contraste
à la surface plane et les éléments décoratifs.

Autumn Girl

Colored with the watercolor tool inArtRage.

The drawing is done with a black ballpoint 

on "Farbriano 5" satinata-smooth 300g paper.

Koloriert in ArtRage mit dem Wasserfarben-Werkzeug.

Die lineare Zeichnung habe ich mit einem schwarzen

Kugelschreiber auf "Fabriano 5" 300g satinata-smooth

angefertigt. Inspiriert hat mich ein

Nachtfalter den ich an der Decke im Hauseingang entdeckte, 

also an einem Ort wo man eigentlich nichts

schönes vorzufinden glaubt als hässliche Briefkästen,

emsige Pöstler und kaum grüssende Nachbarn.

Und die Blätter natürlich aufgepickt auf den

nüchternen Strassen in Wallisellen.

The attractive theme is a pretext to "smear"
small pictures with oil colors.
